Job Summary:

The Help Desk Analyst 1 provides technical support and troubleshooting assistance for computer hardware software and audio-visual equipment. This role involves diagnosing and resolving Tier 1 computer issues supporting videoconferencing and traveling to various court locations to provide on-site support.
Location:Augusta Maine United StatesnWashington District of Columbia United States
Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for computer hardware and software.
- Support and troubleshoot videoconferencing and audiovisual equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 computer issues.
- Travel to different court locations to provide on-site support.
- Utilize personal vehicle for travel between court locations (mileage reimbursed).
Required Skills & Certifications:

- Experience with supporting videoconferencing and audiovisual equipment.
- Basic working knowledge of audio equipment.
- Experience diagnosing and fixing Tier 1 computer issues.
- Associates Degree.
- Entry-level experience.

Special Considerations:

- 100% Onsite work requirement.
- Travel is required using a personal vehicle.
