Trial Attorney
We are seeking an experienced client-focused Trial Attorney who is passionate about advocacy and committed to delivering outstanding this role you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients guiding them through complex legal matters with empathy confidence and clarity.
You will be responsible for managing cases from intake through resolution maintaining regular communication with clients and insurance companies and preparing matters for trial when necessary. This position is ideal for a seasoned litigator who thrives in a results-driven environment values client relationships and takes pride in strong courtroom representation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their cases and build trust through clear compassionate communication
- Maintain ongoing client updates regarding claims demands negotiations and case progress
- Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies to achieve favorable outcomes
- Evaluate claims and develop strategic approaches to case resolution
- Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court when required
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with the legal team
Requirements and Skills:
- Full-time availability
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- 6 or more years of litigation experience
- 5 or more jury trials as first chair preferred
- Member of the Wisconsin Bar and in good standing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Strong experience evaluating claims and case value
- Excellent negotiation verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in an office environment
- Team-oriented with a professional and client-first approach
