Job Summary

What Youll Do:
- Manage a dynamic caseload of civil litigation including construction defect and business disputes
- Draft and respond to pleadings motions discovery and legal memoranda
- Conduct depositions court appearances and mediations
- Collaborate closely with seasoned litigators to shape case strategy
- Contribute to a collegial firm culture rooted in excellence teamwork and respect
Compensation & Perks:
- Salary: $130000 to $185000 annually
- Bonuses: Monthly and annual bonuses based on performance and billables

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Admitted to the California Bar and in good standing
- Experience in California civil litigation
- Strong research writing and oral advocacy skills
- Background in construction defect and/or business litigation preferred
- Trial experience a plus
- Dual licensure in Nevada or Texas is an added advantage
