Location

Hybrid role based in the Denver Colorado market offering a balance of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.

Note

This role requires active admission to the Colorado Bar and 4 years of litigation experience in insurance defense personal injury premises liability insurance coverage or related civil litigation.

Job Description

Defend civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
Handle cases involving insurance bad faith personal injury premises liability and property damage
Draft pleadings motions and discovery with a high level of precision and strategy
Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written advocacy
Take and defend depositions and assist with trial preparation
Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on litigation strategy
Communicate effectively with clients carriers and opposing counsel

Qualifications

Active Colorado Bar license in good standing
4 years of civil litigation experience
Strong research writing and analytical skills
Deposition experience and litigation motion practice preferred
Professional communication skills and sound judgment
