About the Role:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing Affordable LAP business through direct field sales. The role focuses on customer acquisition pipeline building and disbursement coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source Affordable LAP cases through direct market acquisition
• Conduct field visits customer meetings and lead generation
• Build and manage a steady sales pipeline
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for processing
• Achieve disbursement and login targets
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance
• Maintain customer relationships through loan lifecycle
