Our client is a jewellery cooperation in Vietnam seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.
Provide strategic leadership and governance over the end-to-end accounting function for a multi-entity group ensuring consistent standards accuracy and compliance across all business units.
Direct and coordinate group-wide accounting teams including senior accounting leadership at subsidiary level to ensure operational excellence and alignment with group objectives.
Ensure the integrity quality and on-time delivery of consolidated and entity-level financial statements management reporting and tax filings in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
Serve as the Groups key representative in engagements with external audit firms regulatory authorities and relevant government bodies.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on accounting taxation and financial structuring matters particularly in relation to corporate transactions and expansion initiatives.
Drive the development and rollout of a centralized accounting model and lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency control and transparency across the organization.
Partner with executive leadership to shape and continuously improve group-wide accounting and tax policies supporting long-term financial sustainability and governance.
Requirements
University degree or higher in accounting finance or related disciplines supported by recognized professional qualifications.
Possession of a national or internationally recognized accounting certification (e.g. CPA ACCA or equivalent).
Strong command of English with the ability to work effectively in professional and audit environments.
Extensive hands-on experience in finance and accounting functions with a significant track record in senior accounting leadership roles within complex multi-entity organizations.
Solid background in professional services particularly within top-tier audit firms with exposure to large-scale corporate clients and complex group structures.
Demonstrated capability in leading and coordinating senior accounting teams across multiple business units and legal entities.
