Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager with expertise in this role you will be responsible for managing ServiceNow implementations ensuring that projects are delivered on time and align with business objectives. Your leadership will guide teams in enhancing IT service management and optimizing workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager particularly with ServiceNow projects.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) concepts and best practices.
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
