Senior Accounts Payable Manager

Schedule: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week - 9am - 6pm (New York EST Time)

Fully Remote Independent Contractor engagement

About the Role

Were seeking a Financial Operations Analyst who is self-motivated curious and this role youll play a critical part in the daily operations behind our loan sale and reporting processes. Youll collaborate with Product Legal and Capital Markets to improve internal systems and processes including our proprietary blockchain technology. This role is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the blockchain in financial services and contribute to innovative fintech solutions.

What Youll Do:

Prepare investor remittance reporting according to legal agreements.
Ensure accurate application of servicing fee methodologies.
Reconcile loan and collateral data as needed.
Flag and troubleshoot servicing-related issues during remittance reporting.
Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and systems.

Intermediate Excel skills and ability to quickly learn new platforms (e.g. Tableau).
Transparent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
