QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree
With at least 8 years of progressive experience in operations management and leadership roles
Experience coming from the automotive industry including dealership operations
Has strong background in budget planning forecasting and expense management
Strong sales people management and interpersonal skills
Strategic direction in sales strategies and managing operations
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and develop the team.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless end-to-end dealership operations.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Oversee new unit sales trade-ins financing and insurance coordination.
Monitor sales funnel performance conversion rates and productivity of Sales Executives.
Ensure compliance with pricing promotions and manufacturer programs.
Analyze market trends competitor activity and customer demand.
Ensure accurate sales reporting and forecasting.
Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business by implementing service excellence standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and improve service turnaround time technician productivity workshop efficiency and quality standards in line with company and manufacturer requirements.
Ensure timely accurate and compliant submission of warranty claims and required manufacturer reports minimizing claim rejections and revenue loss.
Develop and implement service campaigns customer retention programs and upselling initiatives to increase after-sales revenue and customer loyalty.
