Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand & Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen Cascade Headways brand across LinkedIn social media platforms and other digital channels. The role requires managing digital campaigns content creation and design while also focusing on lead generation aligned with the companys needs. The candidate will play a crucial role in building our online visibility generating qualified leads and supporting business development through digital strategies

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop execute and monitor digital marketing strategies across LinkedIn Facebook Instagram X (Twitter) and other relevant platforms.

  • Create professional engaging content (posts blogs graphics and short videos) highlighting Cascade Headways services (Digital Transformation Advisory Auditing & Assurance BPO and Zoho Partner Solutions).

  • Manage the companys LinkedIn page and employees digital presence to maximize visibility and inbound leads.

  • Design and implement targeted campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads as per company verticals and service offerings.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance; prepare periodic reports with actionable insights.

  • Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing activities with sales objectives.

  • Maintain brand guidelines across all creatives and ensure consistency of communication.

  • Coordinate with design/creative tools (Canva Adobe Suite or similar) to produce professional digital collateral.




Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Proven experience (13 years) in digital marketing social media management and lead generation.

  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation campaigns.

  • Proficiency in tools like Canva Adobe Creative Suite Zoho Social (or similar platforms).

  • Familiarity with CRM systems preferably Zoho CRM for lead tracking and nurturing.

  • Strong analytical skills to measure KPIs and ROI of campaigns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

    Digital Marketing Strategy ability to plan and execute campaigns across platforms. Social Media Management expertise in LinkedIn Instagram Facebook and other relevant channels. Lead Generation & Nurturing running targeted campaigns to attract qualified B2B leads. Content Creation drafting engaging posts blogs and captions tailored for professional audiences. Graphic Design Tools proficiency in Canva/Adobe Suite for designing impactful creatives. SEO & SEM understanding of search engine optimization and paid ads for reach expansion. Analytics & Reporting measuring campaign performance (Google Analytics Zoho Social or similar). Email Marketing experience in designing and running targeted email campaigns. CRM Knowledge familiarity with Zoho CRM or other CRM platforms for lead tracking. Communication & Collaboration strong written verbal and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
