Job Summary
We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the firm known for its forward-thinking approach strong growth strategy and commitment to creating an environment where talented professionals can thrive and progress based on merit and contribution.
What youll be doing:
- Managing a varied high-quality caseload of commercial property matters;
- Handling commercial property purchases and sales;
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters;
- Managing business purchases and sales;
- Dealing with lease assignments transfers and renewals;
- Advising on land development matters;
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases licences and related agreements;
- Conducting due diligence and overseeing transactions from instruction to completion;
- Supporting business development activities and building long-term client relationships.
Requirements
What were looking for:
- 2 years PQE;
- Strong experience across a broad range of commercial property work;
- Ability to manage matters independently with minimal supervision;
- Excellent drafting negotiation and communication skills;
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach;
- Experience with pharmacy purchases and sales would be an advantage.
