FINANCE SOLICITOR (1-3YEARS PQE)- BELFAST (HYBRID WORKING)

Are you a dynamic and ambitious solicitor looking to grow your career in an exciting and fast-paced environment We are seeking a qualified solicitor with a strong interest in banking and finance law to join a highly successful and expanding legal team. Youll work closely with other finance teams across the network and have the chance to develop key client relationships in a client-facing role.

The Role:

Assist in financing deals including conducting company searches drafting corporate authorisations and ancillary documents drafting security and other transaction documents and managing conditions precedent.
Collaborate with other practice groups within the global network to provide high-quality legal services to clients.

The Person:

Qualified solicitor in England and Wales Northern Ireland or another common law jurisdiction (e.g. Republic of Ireland) with a willingness to requalify in England and Wales if required.
1-3 years PQE with at least 6 months experience in Banking & Finance Law.
