WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Act as the primary point of contact with the external service provider for accounting and tax compliance

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable ensuring timely and accurate processing

• Process payments and oversee bank transactions

• Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular account reconciliations

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards internal controls and company policies

• Support internal and external audits providing documentation and clarifications as needed

• Collaborate cross functionally to support financial operations and process improvements

• Utilize Workday for financial data entry reporting and process management

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• Approximately 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)

• Degree in Accounting Finance or related field preferred

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

• Experience with Workday is a plus
