Your responsibilities
- Design implement and further develop operating models for cloud platforms with a focus on Microsoft Azure
- Develop and maintain cloud architecture standards blueprints and best practices
- Design sustainable security and management processes for cloud applications and services
- Ensure security scalability and performance of cloud-based solutions
- Manage requirements and analyze processes while providing technical leadership in projects
- Collaborate closely with software development teams to ensure integration and automation
- Support architecture decisions and communicate them to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor and optimize cloud costs and resource usage
Your profile
- Successfully completed degree in Computer Science Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in cloud and infrastructure environments
- Strong professional experience in designing and operating cloud infrastructures with deep technical expertise in Microsoft Azure and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Experience with at least one additional hyperscaler such as AWS GCP or Alibaba Cloud (multi-cloud environments)
- Solid knowledge of cloud architectures software development processes (DevOps CI/CD) and cloud security best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities and a proactive solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to define a clear technical vision and support its implementation across different stakeholder groups
- Additional qualifications such as Microsoft Azure certifications experience with hybrid cloud architectures knowledge of cloud sovereignty concepts or observability tools (e.g. Grafana Prometheus) are considered a plus
- Fluent English & German / Portuguese (depending on location)
