Required Education High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience 1 year of electrical assembly experience

In this role you will be a key player in the production process building the high-quality electrical assemblies that power the products. Youll work with schematics and blueprints using your expertise in soldering to create durable and reliable connections. Your attention to detail will ensure that every product meets our rigorous standards.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret schematics blueprints and assembly drawings.
Assemble and solder various electrical and electronic components onto circuit boards and into housings.
Perform quality checks and inspections on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
Troubleshoot and repair faulty assemblies.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an electrical assembler with a strong focus on soldering.
Proficiency in both through-hole and surface-mount soldering techniques.
Ability to work with a variety of hand tools including soldering irons and multimeters.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
High school diploma or equivalent.
