What Youll Do

What Youll Do
- Drive to pre-scheduled homeowner appointments (no cold knocking)
- Inspect properties determine scope and present solutions using an education-based approach
- Follow up with leads ask for referrals and generate self-driven opportunities
- Represent our brand with professionalism enthusiasm and punctuality
- This is a commission-based position with weekly pay you control your income through performance.
Who Were Looking For
Were searching for an experienced motivated closer who connects easily with people and knows how to build trust. Youll stand out if you:
- Required: Proven experience in in-home contractor sales (gutters roofing windows siding or other similar experience).
- Know how to overcome objections and sell value not just price
- Are punctual goal-driven and confident in front of customers
- Enjoys connecting with local partners and turning new relationships into lasting referral opportunities
- Bring strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
Requirements
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- 21 years of age or older
- Willing to travel across our Central Florida service area (Ocala Clermont Kissimmee Davenport St. Cloud Lakeland and nearby towns)
