CORE RESPONSIBILITY
Develop and implement long-term commercial strategies
Responsible to achieve the annual budgeted sales and accountable for P&L by delivering top line objectives and execution of activation programs to drive commercial success for the assigned businesses and territories
Development of new business by promoting product and implement of sales objective.
Consistently work with R&D and marketing to develop sales strategies and roadmaps to meet customer requirements.
Identify on changing market and understand customer requirements collaborate with internal stakeholders and monitor progress.
Prepare weekly and monthly update reports on pipelines target budgeting achievement forecast accuracy review new business opportunities and plan.
Delivering on self KPIs including P&L
Knowledge in UV and WB sales and technical
Monitor and report the competitor activities.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
a. At least 8 years of experience in the sales or business development role with a minimum of 3 years in wood coatings.
b. Demonstrate sound knowledge and experience in selling UV and WB coatings
c. Ability to work within a cross-functional setup demonstrating strong influencing skills at all levels
d. Sound ability and initiate to develop and drive business-wide process
TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
a. Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
b. Excellent interpersonal skill
c. strong analytical skill
d. Has some coating troubleshooting experience
