Job Summary
Area Sales Manager of Respiratory & Immunology
Hybrid Area : Bangkok Southern and Northern of Thailand
Directly supervises group of medical representatives. Has responsibility to deliver sales results for the entire geography. Expected to share best practices and influence subordinates nationally.
Typical Accountabilities:
- Lead team to meet or exceed sales forecasts and call execution goals.
- Work with individual MRs to drive expected results and challenge goals for each territory.
- Proactively anticipate and addresses obstacles that may impede results.
- Assess individual and team progress toward goals and coach to improve.
- Develop MRs to enhance skills and advance to higher career level (including future Area Sales Manager)
- Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals distribution of samples etc.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in pharmaceutical science
- 5 years experience with consistent success in specialty pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
- Proven success as a District Manager
- Demonstrated leadership and sense of ownership capabilities competitive mindset written and oral communication skills
- Vaccine background or paediatricians-focused experience are preferable
- Specific experience for corporate vaccine business is a plus
