Responsibilities:
Develop and execute competitive sales strategies to drive growth in the East and South regions.
Lead best-in-class customer prospecting and expand market reach.
Consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
Deliver impactful solution-focused presentations to executive stakeholders.
Present and articulate advanced product features benefits and overall solutions with confidence.
Motivate and guide the sales team through daily check-ins setting clear objectives and monitoring progress.
Build and nurture strong client relationships ensuring satisfaction across the entire buying lifecycle.
Engage C-level executives by linking solution value to their business challenges and opportunities.
Identify team knowledge gaps and implement effective training and development plans.
Recruit train and manage high-performing sales teams with clear KPIs fostering a world-class sales culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and extensive experience in B2B Sales with at least 10 years of professional work experience.
At least 5 years of team management experience in B2B sales is essential.
Preferred industry exposure in Software Electronics IoT or Automotive sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Hands-on approach positive attitude and results-driven mindset.
Strong command of Thai and English both written and spoken.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly to the East and South regions.
