Job Description:

The Senior Manager Source-to-Contract will ensure that the Service Delivery Procurement Source-to-Contract organization delivers results in support of Global Services OneProcurement and Johnson & Johnson business strategy and objectives. The role works directly with the business category leaders and the broader function. Additionally you contribute to and own the operational execution of prioritized category strategy implementations sourcing and contracting cases and other critical functional activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead mentor and develop a team of X to X Source-to-Contract professionals: providing guidance training and support to enhance their skills and performance.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Source-to-Contract function including sourcing event management price and other contract terms negotiation contract drafting and execution and stakeholder management activities. Responsibility for delivering based upon the agreed SLAs and ensuring policy and legal compliance.

Drive continuous improvements in user experience effectiveness and efficiency in assigned areas of responsibility.

Support development and implementation of automation AI (Artificial Intelligence) initiatives governance within assigned areas of responsibility and management of data privacy in procurement.

Support digital requirements discipline: gather document and translate data needs data quality data lineage integration points and privacy/security controls.

Create Value by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key business partners and leadership across regions in scope with a view to proactively understanding and constructively influence their needs and expectations secure cross-functional alignment.

Change management: training coaching and upskilling teams on new digital tools and processes.

Program and project management coordination risk tracking milestone governance and resource planning.

Qualifications

Education:

A Bachelors Degree or equivalent is required.

MBA or further advanced degree is desirable.

Experience and Skills

Required:

8-10 years of Procurement Finance or other relevant business experience with minimum 5 years in a management role.

Prior experience of leading large teams in a complex matrixed structure and managing key stakeholders internally and externally in a service delivery environment.

Strategic mindset. Disciplined data-oriented thinking to be able to plan for long term.

Collaboration Communication & Influencing Skills: Should be regarded as a constructive player representing Source2Contract and overall procurement in various teams within the company and outside. Should have the requisite communication skills to communicate & influence objectives and then develop collaborative relationships both internally and externally to achieve them.

Learning Agility & Openness to Change. Comfortable with ambiguity.

Preferred:

Good understanding of Sourcing and Contracting processes and Source-to-settle operations at a high level is preferred.

Other

Fluency in English (written and oral) is required. Fluency in one other language (written and oral) for the supported region(s) is preferred.

Requires up to 5% domestic and international travel.

Work Location & Schedule

This position will be part of the EMEA Service Delivery Procurement organization and will primarily support the EMEA region. To ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders across EMEA the role requires partial coverage of EMEA time zone working hours.

Shift: Monday to Friday

Hours: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM (Manila time) including a 1-hour break
