Job Summary

- Ensure implementation of:
- Crew Selection Criteria
- Recruitment Standards
- IMO and other relevant Regulations
- Compile and maintain quantitative and qualitative data on competitors active in the operating area or industry.
- Prioritize and audit crew data held on CMS and any other databases used locally.
- Maintain a competitive and differentiated proposition in order sufficient pool of qualified candidates.
- Utilize the most effective media channel such as web newspaper and seminars to reach the target group.
- Develop and maintain innovative marketing techniques and recruitment plan.
- Lead ongoing feedback studies using tools such as crew questionnaire.
- Develop and manage programs to ensure that the Company maintains healthy relationship with every crew member.
