Main Tasks
- Professional and direct support in all projects implemented using Sika technologies particularly in the BU Commercial & Industrial segment in the following technologies: flooring waterproofing roofing S&B.
- Customer care and acquisition of new clients.
- Active promotion and sales of Sika solutions and products.
- Technical and commercial consulting in the field of technology selection.
- Achievement of individual sales targets set by the Head of BU Commercial & Industrial.
- Continuous monitoring of the construction investment market and active projects in the region.
- Ongoing expansion of the customer base and exemplary care for existing clients.
- Establishing contacts and providing professional assistance to contractors investors (optionally architects and design offices). Incorporating Sika solutions into emerging projects.
- Conducting training sessions for clients employees and contractors regarding technologies solutions and products both in terms of applications and safety as well as environmental impact.
- Supervision of ongoing works and preparation of notes from these inspections.
- Independently performing control and reference fields and documenting these areas in written and photographic form.
- Proper selection of technologies for construction works.
- Providing clients with required documents (Material Information Sheets references technical approvals declarations of conformity etc.).
- Resolving emergency and unforeseen situations.
- Participation in the handling of complaint processes.
Qualifications :
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education preferably technical in the field of construction.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Ability to quickly learn new construction technologies.
- Ability to teach others and share knowledge effectively.
- Independence and initiative in action.
- Very good knowledge of the construction industry in Poland.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: negotiation sales and communication (ability to establish and maintain business relationships).
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to effectively complete tasks and achieve goals.
- Communicative knowledge of English.
- Availability and willingness to undertake multi-day business trips including overnight stays away from home.
- Valid category B driving license.
- Good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with the SalesForce platform is an advantage.
