Tech Lead

• Design develop and maintain web applications using the Full stack (PostgresSQL ReactJS ). 
• Write clean efficient and well-documented code. 
• Collaborate with other developers designers and product managers and with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. 
• Develop technical documentation and architectural guidelines. 
• Perform code reviews and testing. 
• Troubleshoot and debug applications. 
• Contribute to the improvement of development processes and technologies. 
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). 
• Work within an Agile development environment. 
• Responsible for sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives. 
• Ensure scalability security and performance of applications. 
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. 
• Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
