JOB TITLE LEAD ASSOCIATE OPS CONTROL (GL) FINANCE & ACCOUNTINGPROCESS General Accounting ProcessPURPOSE The Lead Associate is responsible for deliverables pertaining to delivery of Month close Journal entries Proficiency in recons .Experience in Transfer pricing will be an added advantageWORK EXPERIENCE Around 5 years of experience in outsouring environment across any industry vertical Scope of work to include Preparation & Review of journals entries Should have knowledge of end to end activity on F&A till the GL process Month close monitoring and reviewing and preparation of reports Analaytical review of the journals including trend analysis Experience in performing & Managing the Financial reporting process Handled Intercompany process Revenue accounting Manage stakeholder requests & queries Capable of handling multiple countries and ERPs Experience in Oracle is an added advantage Should have expert knowledge in Reconciliation process Knowledge and concept on Transfer pricing preferredDUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Operations Process management - Responsible for the day to day deliverables adherence to SLAs across various lines of business delivering on quality and key client projects Stakeholder engagement - Client Management and deliver key stakeholder projects Knowledge in Transfer Pricing will be an added advantage Should have a proactive communication with the client Risk / Controls To have a regular review on the associated risks and to ensure sufficient controls are in placeCustomer Satisfaction Proactive and excellent client management skills in handling service delivery issues or potential delays in achieving deadlines by keeping the relevant parties informed and having regular interaction with the top management and ensuring good CSAT scores Maintain good working relationship with onshore peers by having regular scheduled callsTransformation Innovation and Process Improvements Should contribute to Operational Development and Continuous Improvement in processes & deliverables reponsible for Co ordinating with the quality team in ensuring the process improvement in place and improve the quality of the deliverables QUALIFICATION Semi Qualified Accountant or equivalent professional with minimum 5 Years of relevant experienceSKILL SETSSoft Skills Recognizes and assesses several likely causal factors or ways of interpreting the information available.
