Job Summary
Assist in developing and executing sales and revenue plans.
Manage key corporate MICE travel trade and group accounts.
Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Lead mentor and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Conduct client meetings negotiations and contract renewals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with Revenue Marketing and Operations teams for seamless service delivery.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business or related field.
812 years of hotel sales experience including senior-level exposure.
Strong leadership negotiation and communication skills.
Proven record of achieving revenue targets.
