Our Physical retail stores are our window to the worlds consumers: The Retail Concept Manager heads up the drive for change in our Bricks and Mortar locations- from overall store design to customer experiences- it is a role that encompasses all facets of the business: culminating in the delivery of an elevated retail experience that our customers now expect from Frasers Group.
The responsibility.
- Coordinate the deliverable outputs of all New Store Refit Small Works and Closure Projects.
From the fabric of the building to the store layout to the final look and feel. Working with our internal departments and external agencies to produce a final product that wows our consumers. From a 5000 SQFT local store to a 50000 SQFT Flagship each store should bring something new to the consumer in that location; whether that be just the environment or experiential digital experiences. You will be expected to take full ownership of store and small works projects from brief to final live execution managing all creative deliverable actions ranging from commercial layout feedback through to on site management and project reporting.
- Coordinate the commercial and operational output all of New Store Refit Small Works and Closure Projects

Your responsibility will be to ensure that each project you are assigned conforms to these key success drivers and contributes to our continued growth. From working with our Architects to create a store layout that drives efficiency and productivity to ensuring every decision we make on a project is through the lens of commercial and retail excellence. You will be expected to be the champion of our commercial retail and operational principles through every project decision that we make.
- Cross Functional coordination of all Store Development Projects
This role requires an ability to manage communications across departments at all levels. You will be expected to ensure that all departments within the business are engaged at the appropriate level during each project ensuring full and complete alignment of expectations for each stakeholder. Keeping all departments across the business informed and engaged on each project is critical to their success - you will be required to engage across various formats both digital and physical to manage expectations and outcomes where necessary.
- Data capture review and reporting of all New Store Refit & Small Works Projects
Assessing the feasibility and reporting on the measurable outcomes of a project is a vital step in our process. You will be required to formulate various feasibility and creative briefing documents for each project to ensure each is guided through its sign off process without delay or issue. When delivered it will then be your responsibility to monitor the sales and operational outcomes and report back to key internal stakeholders
Qualifications :
- Valid working rights within EMEA
- Project Management / Coordination experience at any level preferred
- Experience or background of shop floor retail and retail operations preferred but not necessary
- Valid UK Driving license preferred but not necessary
