As a Consultant Customer Engagement youll manage a portfolio of Qantas Business Rewards customers using data insights to uncover opportunities and influence Qantasfirst travel choices. Youll champion the programs value connect customers with tailored offers and products and monitor results to keep engagement strong. This role also helps businesses navigate the Qantas ecosystem and share market intelligence to shape future investment.
Youll have:
- 35 years experience in customer relationship or engagement roles.
- Developed negotiation communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
- Commercial acumen and ability to interpret and act on data insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
- Experience with CRM reporting and database management (Salesforce desirable).
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
