Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition through proactive prospecting networking and outbound sales strategies.
- Identify qualify and close opportunities with real estate investors and other industry professionals.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline while meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth deal flow from initial contact to funding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely reporting on sales activities and pipeline status.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position located at our headquarters in Austin TX. Remote candidates will not be considered. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday and occasional evening and weekend work will be required as job duties demand.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 4 years of proven customer-facing sales experience with measurable success in meeting/exceeding sales targets. (Experience will be vetted.)
- Demonstrated ability to prospect cold-call and secure new business in competitive markets.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand and discuss ROI deal structures and lending scenarios.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated driven and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to work full-time from our Austin TX headquarters. We have an oustanding culture you will want to be a part of and this is not a remote role.
