Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our BDC team you will:
Route calls to the appropriate departments or team members
Provide friendly helpful support to all callers
Accurately enter basic customer information into our CRM system
Assist with Keeping the BDC office organized and running efficiently
Work closely with the sales and service departments to support customer communication
- Make outbound calls to bring business into our service department
What Were Looking For
Were seeking a dependable and personable candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideal qualifications include:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a receptionist customer service or BDC role (preferred)
Strong phone and verbal communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience is a plusbut well train you!)
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
