Are you a talented Commercial Litigation Solicitor seeking to handle high-value complex disputes in a dynamic market-leading team
Our client a highly ranked law firm in Ipswich offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse client baseincluding high net worth individuals entrepreneurs SMEs and multi-nationalson matters that reach the High Court Court of Appeal and international arbitration.
The Opportunity
Youll join a specialist team routinely ranked in the top tier by Legal 500 and Chambers and praised for its technical excellence and client relationships. Expect to:
- Manage your own files and run a broad caseload of commercial disputes
- Interact directly with clients building long-term relationships
- Assist senior team members on complex cases
- Advise on enforcement of restrictive covenants shareholder disputes and more
- Use modern document management CRM and time recording systems
- Contribute to business development through articles networking and client events
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 35 years PQE in commercial litigation
- Strong academic background and excellent technical skills
- Experience advising on complex commercial disputes and enforcement matters
- High attention to detail and consistently high work standards
- Commercially astute proactive and client-focused
- Aptitude for business development and relationship building
- Keen interest in career progression and supporting team growth
- Willing to travel weekly to Ipswich if based in Norwich or Chelmsford (expenses covered)
