Salary: 40000 to 65000 plus bonus (depending on experience)

This is a great opportunity for a dispute resolution solicitor or legal executive to join a well-established high-quality team in Leeds with the backing of a supportive environment and the momentum of a growing forward-thinking firm.
The caseload is mixed and will include both pre-litigation and litigated matters with a strong focus on property litigation and professional negligence.
You will handle a varied disputes caseload from inception to conclusion (with appropriate supervision) including:
Pre-action strategy drafting and negotiation
Issuing and progressing claims through the court process
Advising clients taking instructions and managing expectations
Managing your own files with accurate time recording and billing
Supporting senior members of the team as needed
Qualified solicitor or legal executive
0 to 5 years PQE (or equivalent experience) with an interest in litigation
Interest and preferably experience in one or more of: litigation professional negligence property litigation
Confident engaging directly with clients taking instructions and providing advice
Able to run matters from start to finish with good organisation and attention to detail
Familiar with accurate time recording and billing
Working knowledge of professional conduct rules relevant to your qualification
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-focused approach
Experience of property litigation and/or professional negligence matters
Experience handling a busy caseload with competing deadlines
Salary of 40000 to 65000 plus a generous bonus scheme (depending on experience)
