The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative research analyzing data and interpreting results to support business decisions and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Design execute and manage research projects to gather data relevant to business objectives.
Collect analyze and interpret complex data sets using statistical methods and tools.
Prepare comprehensive reports presentations and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends market developments and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand research needs and provide actionable insights.
Ensure accuracy reliability and validity of research methodologies and results.
Maintain databases research documentation and data integrity.
Present research findings to management and make recommendations based on analysis.
Support proposal and grant writing activities as needed.
Stay current with research best practices tools and emerging methodologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Economics Statistics Social Sciences or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
2 years of experience in a research or analyst role.
Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g. SPSS SAS R) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with database management systems.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with survey design and primary research methodologies preferred.
Annual Salary Range: $62000 - $85000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
