Dutch and English speakers- Customer Support Lisbon

Language Requirement: Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and proficient English (B2)
Provide high-quality support via phone chat and email to cardholders and merchants
Assist with card activation balance checks PIN issues blocked cards and account access
Support users with payments transactions top-ups refunds and troubleshooting declined purchases
Guide customers on using the app/portal card features and payment policies
Investigate and document cases ensuring correct categorization and clear follow-up
Escalate complex issues (e.g. fraud/suspicious activity technical bugs) to the relevant teams
Identify recurring issues and share feedback to help improve service and customer experience
