Job Summary
We are currently looking for Crioulo speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team based on-site in Lisbon. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people communicating clearly and working in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
In this position you will assist customers via phone email and chat providing accurate information and ensuring a positive customer experience. Full training is provided so previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Crioulo (C1/C2)
- Basic to good Portuguese and/or English
- EU passport or valid Portuguese residence/work permit
- Availability for full-time on-site work in Lisbon
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
