Review various types of content including text images videos and links to ensure compliance with moderation guidelines
Apply platform policies consistently and make fair well-reasoned decisions
Manage user appeals with empathy clarity and professionalism
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain content quality safety and integrity
Observe user behavior patterns to identify and address emerging risks
Share feedback on tools processes and workflows to improve moderation efficiency

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B1 level)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
