Job Summary


We are recruiting enthusiastic individuals based in the Braga area to serve as a Customer Interaction Specialist managing communications primarily in French. This is a full-time hybrid position ideal for local residents looking for a stable career in support services.

Job Overview

You will be the voice of our company for the French market responsible for providing high-quality assistance and solutions to customer inquiries. You will handle customer interactions through various methods including telephone calls email correspondence and online chat systems.

Essential Requirements

  • Language Fluency:

    • French: Mandatory Native/C2 level mastery is required for direct customer service.

      Work Eligibility: Applicants must be existing residents in the Braga region or immediate surroundings. No relocation support is available for this role.
  • Documentation: Proof of valid work authorization in Portugal is necessary which includes:

    • A current Residency Card (with more than one year of remaining validity).
    • European Union Citizenship documentation.
    • A valid Refugee Card.

Schedule and Logistics

  • Work Location: Braga Portugal (Hybrid work setup).
  • Equipment: All necessary tools and technology will be furnished by the employer.
  • Prior Experience: While previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is advantageous it is not compulsory. Comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Commencement Date: January 8 2026.
  • Working Hours:

    • Days: Monday through Friday.
    • Shifts: Rotational system operating between 07:00 and 19:00.
    • Weekends Off: Saturday and Sunday are fixed non-working days.
