Job Title: Support Engineer
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (3x office days)
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Ensure proactive monitoring of production and non-production environments.
- Handle Level 1 and Level 2 incidents and open support tickets as required.
- Perform initial diagnostics apply standard procedures and escalate issues when necessary.
- Implement dashboards to monitor environments and production plans.
- Collaborate with IT managers to resolve incidents monitor service quality and implement technical changes.
- Contribute to updating operational documentation and monitoring instructions.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience in technical support or IT operations (L1/L2).
- Knowledge of ticketing tools such as JIRA and GLPI CMDB.
- Knowledge of Linux (RHEL) Windows monitoring environments (Nagios/Centreon) and scripting tools (Bash PowerShell).
- Data integration and design of interactive dashboards using the ELK stack / Kibana / Grafana.
- Availability to participate in on-call or preventive support activities.
- Fluency in French (B2 level minimum).
