The Role
As a French-Speaking Support Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking customers providing outstanding technical and/or customer support via phone email and chat. Your main goal will be to resolve queries efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming customer contacts (calls emails chat) in French.
- Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our product/service.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior specialists or other departments when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and service expertise.
- Contribute to team success by meeting individual and team performance targets.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Language Proficiency:
- French: Fluent Native-level proficiency (C2). This is essential for communicating effectively with our French-speaking clientele.
- Local Status: Must be a resident of Braga or the surrounding area and eligible to work in Portugal.
- Documentation Requirements: Must possess one of the following valid documents:
- Valid Portuguese Residency Card (must be valid for more than one year from the start date).
- EU Citizenship (valid ID/Passport).
- Valid Refugee Card recognized by Portuguese authorities.
Good to Have
- Previous experience in a Customer Support Technical Support or Contact Center environment is a plus but not mandatory. We welcome motivated entry-level candidates!
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- A proactive positive and problem-solving attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce Zendesk) is a benefit.
Working Schedule
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Shifts: Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00 (e.g. 7h-16h 9h-18h 10h-19h).
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday (Guaranteed weekend off)
