Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly organised mature and methodical Personal Assistant to support him with his personal businesses and day-to-day coordination tasks. This is primarily a work-from-home role with only occasional in-person meetings (approximately once a month). The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator who can follow up on tasks coordinate activities and keep our client updated while he focuses on his professional commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on ongoing tasks and provide timely updates.

  • Coordinate activities make calls and ensure items are completed as instructed.

  • Prepare emails proposals messages and other business communicationusing ChatGPT where relevant.

  • Create simple designs presentations or marketing materials using Canva.

  • Support in marketing-related tasks copywriting and basic creative work.

  • Remind me of important tasks deadlines and follow-ups.

  • Manage light administrative tasks and personal business coordination.

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong organisational skills; methodical reliable and mature.

  • Very conversant with ChatGPT and comfortable using AI tools.

  • Ability to prepare professional communication (emails proposals messages).

  • Basic skills in Canva or similar design tools; creative mindset is a plus.

  • Ability to coordinate tasks make follow-up calls and get things done independently.

  • Good interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with different stakeholders.

  • Corporate work experience preferred.

  • Sales marketing or design background is an added advantage.
