Our client is seeking a highly organised mature and methodical Personal Assistant to support him with his personal businesses and day-to-day coordination tasks. This is primarily a work-from-home role with only occasional in-person meetings (approximately once a month). The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator who can follow up on tasks coordinate activities and keep our client updated while he focuses on his professional commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on ongoing tasks and provide timely updates.

Coordinate activities make calls and ensure items are completed as instructed.

Prepare emails proposals messages and other business communicationusing ChatGPT where relevant.

Create simple designs presentations or marketing materials using Canva.

Support in marketing-related tasks copywriting and basic creative work.

Remind me of important tasks deadlines and follow-ups.

Manage light administrative tasks and personal business coordination.
Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong organisational skills; methodical reliable and mature.

Very conversant with ChatGPT and comfortable using AI tools.

Ability to prepare professional communication (emails proposals messages).

Basic skills in Canva or similar design tools; creative mindset is a plus.

Good interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with different stakeholders.
