EXECUTIVE CONVERTAINER PRODUCTION (Welisara)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure timely Convertainer deliveries through effective coordination and resource management.
Maintain Convertainer quality through inspections and adherence to standards.
Review drawings and provide technical input to ensure accurate designs and estimates.
Update the Engine system with jobs materials and costs for month-end profit finalization.
Maintain uninterrupted production by raising SRNs/MRNs for raw material availability.
Support production management through scheduling progress monitoring and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
Supervise production teams to achieve Convertainer KPIs.
Submit workforce attendance and overtime details to HR for payroll processing.
Contribute to product development by allocating resources sharing expertise and experimenting.
Implement EHS policies through supervision and training to ensure zero accidents.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
NDES or NDT qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Additional certifications in Production Management Lean Manufacturing or Quality Management are a plus.
35 years of experience in Mechanical/Industrial operations preferably in container fabrication or modular structures.
Strong knowledge of production processes and materials used in container manufacturing.
Ability to plan prioritize and coordinate production activities.
Passed GCE O/L with at least 6 passes including A passes for Mathematics and English
Minimum of 3 passes at GCE A/L
Strong analytical skills attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams
