About Role:

We are seeking a Manager - Monitoring & Evaluation to lead research data collection analysis and reporting activities that strengthen our program impact and organizational learning.

Key Responsibilities

Research Data Collection Analysis and Reporting

Conduct robust research program impact evaluations and develop knowledge products based on organizational priorities
Coordinate data collection processes ensuring accuracy reliability and consistency
Conduct data cleaning validation and analysis
Prepare high-quality MEL reports and scientific knowledge products for internal and external stakeholders

Facilitating Learning and Knowledge Sharing

Document and share key learnings insights and best practices across the organization
Integrate MEL findings into program planning and improvement processes
Organize and facilitate learning workshops review meetings and forums for reflection

Stakeholder and Donor Support

Meet donor reporting and compliance requirements
Prepare evidence and inputs for grant applications and donor presentations

Required Qualifications

Education:

Masters degree in Social Sciences Development Studies Population Science Statistics Public Policy or related fields

Experience:

5-7 years overall experience (preferably in the development sector)
Minimum 3 years of experience in research or monitoring and evaluation
Experience in MEL framework development impact evaluation and data collection processes

Skills:

Proficiency in statistical tools/software (Excel SPSS or R)
Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau)
Ability to collaborate and support cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
