Job Summary:

Entry level customer service position with the opportunity for advancement based on skill performance and knowledge. High volume inbound calls emails and chat with a focus on billing and payments. Insurance experience not required but beneficial.

Responsibilities:

Provide exemplary customer service over the phone online chat or email.

Document and update customer records based on interactions and customer needs.

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

Mail requested documentation.

Complete daily tasks when not on the phone or chat.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in customer service or other related fields.

Ability to build rapport with clients with an enthusiastic attitude.

A problem solver with keen attention to detail.

A lets work together approach with open communication excellence in service integrity and accountability.

Ability to build trust by working as a team member as well as independently with minimal supervision.

A positive and professional demeanor.

Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong computer skills.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
