We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our New Orleans team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with clients managing communications and supporting internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. The Client Service Associate plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting daily business operations.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests
Provide accurate information and timely support to clients
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
Maintain organized client records and documentation
Assist with onboarding new clients and ongoing account support
Identify opportunities to improve service processes and client experience
