Corporate Parenting
As Corporate Parents to our Looked After Cohort of Children and Young People we are responsible for ensuring that all of their health needs and records are met.
This role ensures that a highest standard of data recording of Childrens Health Data is developed and maintained in line with Local and National legislation.
About You
We are looking for someone who has experience in supporting teams within Childrens Services. You will be organised with excellent ICT Skills to develop and maintain the health records for our looked after cohort of Children and Young People.
You will have experience in analysing data and ensuring this is of a highest standard in line with local and national legislation on standards. You will be able to produce reports for management teams.
You will be able to work in partnership with our health colleagues and Childrens Services teams to ensure that records and systems are updated within the statutory timeframes required
You will have a proven background in administrative roles that will support the corporate parenting teams to ensure the ongoing best out comes for the children in our care.
This role is a hybrid role and you will be required to provide administrative cover at our main office base in Romford Town Hall.
