The Mental Health Practitioner supports the wellbeing of young people and their families by delivering holistic culturally responsive and accessible mental health services that promote social emotional and physical wellbeing.
Working under the supervision of the Team Leader Clinical Services the practitioner is a key member of the headspace Horsham team providing counselling case management and community-based support across the Wimmera region through centre-based services outreach and telehealth.
