Door to Door (D2D) Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven D2D Sales Representative to join our Residential sales this role youwill be responsible for promoting and selling our telecommunications productsand servicesincluding internet TV home phone and wirelesssolutionsdirectly to residential customers. You will represent our brand inthe community build customer relationships and achieve sales targets throughface-to-face interactions.

Reports To: VPResidential Sales / Manager Farms & Acreages

General Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door sales in assignedresidential areas to promote telecom products and services.
  • Present and explain service packages clearly topotential customers tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Build strong customer relationships by providingprofessional courteous and knowledgeable service.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets andcontribute to team performance goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales leadsprospects and customer interactions.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledgepromotions pricing and competitors offerings.
  • Handle customer objections and provide effectivesolutions.
  • Represent the company in a positive andprofessional manner at all times.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3 years experience in a sales ormarketing role.
  • A valid drivers license is required
  • Sales and/or marketing experience inthe telecommunications field is beneficial.
  • University Degree or College Diplomain Business Marketing or Communications preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting andexceeding sale targets and expectations.
  • Excellent analytical skills withdata-driven decision making.
  • Strong communication and presentationskills.

Job Details:

  • Fulltime: hours of work will generally fall between 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday toFriday with some weekend work required.
  • This isprimarily a remote position that requires familiarity with Manitoba andSaskatchewan markets and will be occasional requirements to attend sales events within ourmarkets.
