Responsibilities
Your Role
The IT-Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT Infrastructure projects within the Reynolds Consumer Products IT organization. You will need to understand and manage the scope lead the execution report status mitigate risks and resolve the issues. Project areas will primarily include deployment of various IT and OT solutions (consisting mainly of cloud and on-premise components such as network servers workstations) into manufacturing sites as well as some tangential Cybersecurity initiatives. You will be working with various stakeholders across RCP IT and business groups while coordinating the work of multiple vendors and partners. You will need to control the scope of the projects and account for financials following RCP project management process. The role requires excellent project management skills as well as general understanding of technology.

Qualifications
We need you to have:
- BA/BS degree in Information Technology ComputerScienceor related field.
- 6-8 years of related professionalIT experience.
- IT Project Management experience required.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillswith the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.
- Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers.
- Strong analytical skills as well as organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability toeffectively communicate technical information verbally as well as in written formats.
- Ability toidentifyanalyzeand resolve problems logically and systematically.
- Ability toworka flexible schedule during key business deadlines.
- Must beteam orientedwith the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams.
