Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by providing operational and administrative assistance
- Manage sales order processing and ensure accuracy of sales data
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards for analysis
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth sales operations
- Assist in the implementation of sales strategies and goals
- Optimize sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations
- Maximum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $60000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $70000 per year
