Job Summary

Epworth Freemasons is seeking an experienced and motivated Urodynamic Registered Nurse to join our specialist team on a part-time basis at our East Melbourne campus.

You will make an impact by:

  • Providing a high level of nursing care to your patient during their theatre journey
  • Assist the urologist or gynaecologist during procedures ensuring patient comfort and safety
  • Performing urodynamic studies
  • Assessing planning coordinating and evaluating the care delivery needs of patients
  • Monitoring the condition of patients during procedures and reporting changes

For you to be successful in this role:

You are a good communicator flexible in your approach and have natural ability to show compassion and empathy to patients. Solutions-focused with the patient at the heart of all your decisions you enjoy collaborating with a team of like-minded social theatre nurses.  Ability to work closely with urologists and other specialists to develop appropriate treatment plans. 

You will have:

  • Relevant Urodynamic experience
  • Current unrestricted AHPRA Nursing registration
  • Ability to work a Monday Friday rotating roster (mix of AM and PM shifts)

The annual salary range for full time Registered Nurses AUD $82236 - $103280  super entitlements depending on registration type year level and position/experience (prorated for part-time).
