Job Summary

Epworth Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse with acute or rehabilitation experience to work 30.4 hours per week on a fixed-term basis until 30/6/26.

Assisting patients to access supported services to maximise their physical gains and return to a rewarding lifestyle
Working with multidisciplinary and specialised teams to plan the care and treatment for patients through regular case conferences
Maintaining and promoting patient safety within our satellite unit through early intervention and escalation of care

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role:

Current nursing registration with AHPRA
Contemporary knowledge of best practice in acute aged or rehabilitation nursing
Experienced registered or enrolled nurse who is passionate about patient care and achieving high quality clinical outcomes either from a rehab or acute setting.
Strong collaborator with team members to support the delivery of rehabilitation care
Confident communicator you have a supportive engaging and compassionate style that enables you to easily build rapport with staff patients and their families
